3 ways Healthy Banana Smoothies


Throw together these quick and healthy smoothies for a filling way to start your day!

-Banana Oatmeal Smoothie-



Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup fresh milk/Whey (1 scoop whey or 30g in 250ml water)

1 cup oats

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon


Directions

Place banana, fresh milk in a blender. Blend.

Add oats, honey and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Feel free to adjust ingredients to your preference.



-Banana Flaxseed Smoothie-



Ingredients:

1 banana

1 tbsp flaxseed

1 cup fresh milk/Whey (1 scoop whey or 30g in 250ml water)

1 tbsp almond butter


Directions:

Place banana & milk in a blender. Blend.

Add flaxseeds & peanut butter. Blend until smooth.



-Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie-



Ingredients:

1 banana

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 cup fresh milk/Whey (1 scoop whey or 30g in 250ml water)

4 oz Greek or Natural yoghurt


Directions

Combine the milk & banana together in a blender. Blend.

Add the peanut butter & yoghurt. Blend until smooth.
