Easy Garlic and Egg Fried Rice

Easy Garlic & Egg Fried Rice.

Ingredients: 4 cups cooked rice 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 pcs sausage, diced (You can also use chicken, prawn or squid if you like) 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup ready mixed vegetables 1 tbsp Light soy sauce 2 tbsp Oyster sauce. Cooking oil


Ratio of ingredients: Please feel free to adjust the amounts of ingredients to your preference.


Procedure: 1. Heat a wok or a frying pan over high heat. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil on medium low. Pour beaten eggs into the wok and scramble. Keep the heat on medium low so the eggs won't cook quickly and dry out. Remove the eggs from the wok when they are almost cook, moist and fluffy.


2. On the same wok, add about a tablespoon of cooking oil, and set it to medium high heat. Put the sausages in the wok and stirring frequently until golden brown.


3. Next heat, add 1 tbsp oil on the same wok and stir fry garlic over medium heat until lightly golden then add the ready mixed vegetables. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Add the rice, and continue stir frying for 30 seconds. Add the eggs, sausages, oyster sauce and light soy sauce. Mix well and stir fry continuously for 3 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.


4. Serve hot. Enjoy!
