Carrot Energy Balls with Pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup carrots( grated)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (dry roast pumpkin seeds for 2-3 mins in a non stick pan)
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp coconut oil.
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, stirring until evenly mixed. Use your hands to form batter into a ball. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder (optional)
These protein balls will last in the fridge for up to two weeks. Enjay!
