Maja blanca is a Filipino dessert made from coconut milk. This version is creamier than the original Maja Blanca recipe. It is delicious and very simple to make with minimal ingredients. If you are a fan of coconut, you will love this recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups water
300 ml condensed milk
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
For corn flour mixture:
375 ml evaporated milk
1 and 1/4 cup corn flour or corn starch
Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your preference.
Procedures:
1. In a pot combine coconut milk, water, condensed milk, sweet corn and crushed roasted peanuts. Mix well. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes over medium heat. Stirring occationally.
2. Mix well the corn flour and evaporated milk in a pan.
3.Pour in the corn flour mixture and stir frequently until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
4. Once the mixture reaches a creamy consistency transfer immediately to a mold or a container. Sprinkle sweet corn and crushed roasted peanuts on top of the pudding. Let it cool down. Keep in the fridge for 3 hours.
4. Once set, cut into servings and serve. Enjoy!
