Easy Banana Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
400g over ripe bananas
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter (cooled)
Ratio of ingredients: Feel free to adjust the amounts of ingredients to your preference.
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Sift in together twice. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, add mashed bananas, brown sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir until combined. Fold in flour mixture. Do not over mix. Rest 5 minutes.
4. Grease muffin pan with melted butter and a pastry brush or paper towel. Fill muffin pan with batter. Fill each 3/4 full.
5. Place pan in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Touch the muffin's top lightly. If it springs back they are done or insert a toothpick into a muffin. If it comes out clean it is ready.
6. Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes.
Feel free to add raisins, chocolate chips or nuts of your choice.
